My name is Ellie, and I am a California licensed manicurist with over a decade of experience in the industry. I have a passion for doing nails, taking proper care of nails, and creating beautiful nail art with fun colors. Even before I went to school for my license, I was already doing my own nails and experimenting with different nail art designs. However, I was disappointed with the quality of work I saw at some salons, and was often put off by dirty nail stations, sloppy polish application, and poor customer service.

I enrolled in a manicurist program and completed 400 hours of training while working a part-time job. I passed the state board exam and received my California license. After gaining some experience, I had the opportunity to work at a well-known spa, Glen Ivy Day Spa, but it closed down after a few years. I then found an amazing salon and worked there for a few years, where I was the only nail technician sent out to provide mobile services in clients' homes, hospitals, and executive offices. I loved this experience and thought it was a great idea in 2014.

In 2015, I asked friends on Facebook for suggestions on what to name my nail business, and a friend suggested "Elliegant Nails". Since then, I have been building my profile on social media and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to launch my mobile nail business. That opportunity came in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic, which closed down salons in March 2020. By May, people were in desperate need of nail care, so I started providing services in the comfort of clients' homes, offices, and other locations. I was joined by another licensed manicurist, Leydy, who I had previously worked with at the salon in Costa Mesa. We work together to provide high-quality services and have a lot of fun doing it. We also work with other nail technicians for large parties. We look forward to meeting you and providing you with excellent nail care services.
